You may return eligible products purchased from Moventiax within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.
Certain custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, Moventiax will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you received a defective or damaged electric floor lift to chair, contact us immediately. Moventiax will arrange for a replacement product or an exchange of equal value. All exchanges must be authorized by our support team before sending the item back.
