All orders placed on the Moventiax website are typically processed within one to two business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
Moventiax LLC currently ships orders within the United States only. At this time, international shipping is not available.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase requirement. Once an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times generally range between three to five business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking information is typically activated within twenty-four hours after the order leaves our facility, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Moventiax LLC is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required to complete the claim process.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Moventiax LLC cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
