Return and Refund Policy

Moventiax LLC offers a thirty-day return policy, which means you have thirty days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all return requests.

For eligible returns, Moventiax LLC provides a prepaid return shipping label. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs when the return is approved in accordance with this policy.

Restocking Fees

Moventiax LLC does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within five to seven business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider before the funds appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest and most reliable method is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately for the replacement product once the return has been approved.

Moventiax LLC offers free shipping on all orders within the United States, and delivery typically occurs within three to five business days after processing. At this time, we ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
